Available Positions:
Administrative Assistant
Seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. Candidate must
be professional in appearance and have excellent verbal and
written communication skills. Because this position provides
the foundation for first impressions, candidate must be
friendly, outgoing, detail oriented and able to work in a
multi-tasked environment. Strong Excel and Word skills a must
and QBS a plus.
Property Management
Asst Mgr. Strong office organization &
multi task skills. Good work record, drug free, bondable, and
some bookkeeping & property management
software
computer skills. Must have a GED level of
education or higher, At least one year of sales experience.
Construction Project
Manager
Seeking an experienced,
detail-oriented Project Manager with a solid work history. Must
have a minimum of five years experience in single or
multi-family construction with strong purchasing, contract and
negotiation skills. Exceptional communication and organizational
skills required.
Business Development
Primary responsibilities will include; Generate customers
leads and maintain contact with existing accounts via telephone
and direct mail. Deal with inquiries from customers in a
courteous, professional and knowledgeable way; effectively
communicate the products and services offered by the company.
Tend to the needs and concerns of the professional
remodeled/small builder providing them with the highest level of
service. Provide the Outside Sales Representative with qualified
leads and appointments. Communicate on a regular basis with the
Sales Representative and Managing Partner to develop the trade
account base.
Marketing Associate
Design, develop and deploy marketing, direct-marketing and
direct sales initiatives to increase new customer accounts and
further develop existing customer relations. This candidate must
have a passion for challenge and be capable of delivering on
these expectations. Promotions, advancement, compensation
increases, additional staff and resources will be made available
to this position, according to the relevant levels of growth and
continued success.
